When he worked his job, he met a woman named Marie, who was significantly younger than him. As a child, he went fishing, though he wasn’t interested in it that much then. He states that Dutchman’s Creek is extremely deep, and that it includes creatures unimaginable to humanity. He says that years ago he went to a place known as Dutchman’s Creek, or “Der Platz das Fischer,” an area that is in the Catskill Mountains. The protagonist of the book is called Abraham, though he calls himself Abe. ![]()
